Innomotics New Plant Put Into Production In TianJin
On June 29, 2026, the new manufacturing plant of Innomotics Drive Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the New Tianjin Plant) was officially put into operation in Beichen Economic & Technological Development Zone. On the day of commissioning, brand-new asynchronous motors of SH800 specifications rolled off the production line simultaneously. With a total investment of approximately RMB 600 million, the project adopted a customized factory construction model commissioned by the local government, enabling the enterprise to move in with ready-to-use facilities and achieving an efficient rollout from contract signing to full production launch.
It is learned that the New Tianjin Plant serves as Innomotics’ most comprehensive R&D and manufacturing base for high-voltage motors and high-power low-voltage motors outside Germany. Integrating R&D, manufacturing, testing and after-sales service functions, it caters to global customer demands. The plant consistently integrates digitalization, lean manufacturing and green production practices; its optimized lean production workflows have boosted overall productivity by 20%. Boasting an annual production capacity of 2,500 megawatts, the facility has further expanded Innomotics’ product portfolio with newly added product lines including marine generators and data center generators, equipping the company with full manufacturing capabilities for large-sized, special-purpose and innovative motor products.
