Shanghai Hongshun has jointly launched a mobile AGV for large-scale power transformers with a leading domestic heavy-duty AGV manufacturer, boasting a maximum load capacity of up to 600 tons. Currently, the volume and weight of large-scale power transformers are showing a significant upward trend: the weight of a single unit generally exceeds 300 tons, and some UHV (Ultra-High Voltage) transformers even approach or surpass 600 tons. Traditional transportation methods are confronted with the pain point of severely insufficient flexibility in narrow and winding operating environments such as factory areas or internal workshops.
To address the bottleneck in the on-site transportation of large-scale power transformers and ensure the efficient advancement of major power projects as well as the intactness of core equipment, Shanghai Hongshun has launched a transportation equipment that integrates ultra-strong load-bearing capacity, high flexibility, precise and controllable micro-motion performance, and high safety.
